Assessment Fees (Private Pay)

Therapy Dynamics does not accept insurance for autism and ADHD assessments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Every comprehensive assessment includes: a clinical interview, evidence-based testing and screening tools, a professional report, and letters of accommodation.

Therapy services may be in-network with select insurance plans. Coverage, eligibility, and network participation vary by plan and location, so please reach out before your first appointment and we will help verify your benefits.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If we are not in-network with your plan, many PPO plans reimburse part of the cost of out-of-network therapy after your deductible is met. Therapy Dynamics is paired with Thrizer, a platform that handles out-of-network claims so you can be reimbursed without the paperwork.

Common Questions

Do you accept insurance for assessments?

No. Beyond the standard reasons many clinicians are opting out of insurance, private pay offers an advantage: your records remain your private property and do not belong to your health insurance company. They will not appear in Epic/MyChart unless you choose to share them with your doctor. Because these assessments are a real investment, they are offered at a reduced rate compared to many other providers.

Do you provide SuperBills?

No. That process became bulky and time-consuming. For out-of-network reimbursement, Thrizer (above) handles claims directly instead.
